Ask in Slack.It gets done.
One shared team of AI agents in Slack. It takes the work, tracks every thread to done and only taps you when a decision is yours.

Start it in Slack.
BrightGears carries it to done.
A request asked in Slack moves from asked, to working, to done, carried by BrightGears.
Every thread you start is tracked, kept current and finished. Reminders, routines and decision cards come in the box.
Every thread gets its own page.
This is the real BrightGears web app. Tap the tabs or the screen.

One machine.
Everyone's subscriptions.
Each driver adds their AI subscription once. Every agent runs on one shared machine, not on everyone's laptop.
Close your laptop. The work goes on.
It does the legwork.
You make the call.
It gets as much done as your AI limits allow. Then it asks you one question, as one card.
Fix it in checkout only, or the payments SDK too?
Remember flow?
Nothing pings. The work still moves. BrightGears holds every thread, so your head can let go.
2× the merged PRs.
Sellify's scoreboard.
Sellify, a B2B SaaS team, is our first official customer. They moved their delivery onto BrightGears in 2026.

Pay for the people
who drive. That's it.
A driver is a person BrightGears answers and works for. Everyone else in the channel is a reader: BrightGears still reads and tracks what they write, and they cost nothing.
a month
Before you press start.
What exactly is a driver?
A person you approve. BrightGears answers drivers and works for them. You pay $499 a month for each driver, and nothing for anyone else.
Does BrightGears read our whole Slack?
No. Only the channels you add the app to. There it reads and tracks every message, so nothing anyone starts gets lost, but it only answers drivers.
Whose AI does the work?
Yours. Each driver adds their own AI subscription once to one shared machine. Today that is Claude Code, the best at coding right now; BrightGears is built provider-agnostic, so it can follow the best model. New work goes to the subscription with the most room left.
Will it merge or deploy on its own?
Only what you let it. You set the rules once, as habits. A step that needs rights you have not given waits for an approval card from a person you name, and secrets go through a private form, never into chat.
Can my developers still use Claude Code on their laptops?
Yes. Their local setup stays as it is (a plan connected to the team machine shares its usage limits with the team). BrightGears adds the shared part: one place where team work runs, is tracked and gets finished.
Is it self-service?
No. We set it up with you: connect Slack and GitHub, pool the subscriptions, tune its habits to your team, and stay on hand while it settles in.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. You keep Slack and GitHub. You ask in a thread like you would ask a colleague; every thread a driver starts becomes a tracked piece of work with a status message that BrightGears keeps current.
When will it bother me?
Only when a step needs a person: a decision that is yours, an approval, a secret. It tries everything it can within the limits first, and it reminds you only when your attention is actually needed.
